One-bedroom apartment located on one of the most desirable areas in Rincon, walking distance to Steps Beach and the Marina. The unit is facing the ocean (this is not a beachfront property but you can see the water) and has outdoor hammocks and sitting area. The unit has full kitchen, cable TV, WiFi, one bedroom with A/C and full bathroom. There is a parking space off-street. The public access to the beach is on the street adjacent to the property. There are other units in this property that also are a rental. Comfortable fully furnished unit! We are here in case you need anything Walking distance to Steps Beach, Tres Palmas, La Marina.
