Tous s’est déroulé selon nos attentes. La vue est magnifique. L’endroit est très calme et propice à la méditation. Chacun peut trouver l’espace qui lui convient. Un petit bémol , il n’y a pas d’air conditionné dans le séjour mais la vie se déroulant surtout à l’extérieur, ce n’est pas dérange. La piscine est idéale.

We had a great stay in Summer 2021. In the midst of a crazy heatwave so welcomed both the pool and all the different spaced in and around the property for relaxing. The grounds are beautiful, excellent views and as per description loads of space. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub the most as well as the great location close to Porto Heli, Ermioni and Kilada all with good restaurants and very quiet beaches! Dealing with Michael (owner) and Roberto (local contact) was easy both very responsive. Internally the property is in good condition. Fully equipped kitchen and three double bedrooms. The bathrooms are a little tired but perfectly clean and functional but don't expect luxury. We loved our holiday, loved the property! Would recommend. (Ps - you need a car if you are staying here!)

My family really liked the layout of this property...

My family really liked the layout of this property with all the bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor. We also appreciated the tasteful artistic flair of the owner reflected around the property. There’s ample in and outdoor space to chill whilst lapping up the panoramic views from the hill top location. You definitely need a car even to get to local shops in Kranidi. The only slight negative was that the house keeper/repairman would show up randomly unannounced tending to the plants but other than that my family had a throughly good time relaxing using the house as a base to visit some wonderful beaches and restaurants close by to such an extent that we didn’t use the pool or kitchen much at all.

Traumurlaub!

Von der ersten Anfrage über den Beginn der Planung bis zum Aufenthalt und zur Abreise wirklich absolut perfekt und herzlich! Das Haus ist ein gelebter und bietet so viele schöne Plätze, die ebenso zum Verweilen einladen wie zum Rückzug, dass wir hier die Qual der Wahl hatten :) Besitzer und Housekeeper sind jederzeit für uns Gäste da gewesen. Das ist Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Ambiente mit malerischem Blick und einer wirklich interessanten, schönen Umgebung. Fünf von fünf Sternen :)) für Mensch und Quartier.

Weg vom Alltag in die Natur

Mit sechs Personen kann man herrlich entspannen, sich mühelos aus dem Weg gehen, weil es so viele Rückzugsecken bietet, in großer Runde zusammensitzen, da es mehrere Sitzecken gibt. Ein besonderer Vorteil ist der Pool vor allen Dingen in der heißen Jahreszeit.

guter Erholungswert mit viel Komfort!

Viele Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Super Aussicht in ruhiger Lage. Großer Pool. Sehr angenehmer Atmosphäre. Sehr zu empfehlen. Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter und auch Hauskeeper vorort bei Rückfragen.

Wirklich traumhaftes Ferienhaus - sehr gepflegte Anlage - sehr nette Vermieter

Wir waren zu Dritt (Eltern und ein Kleinkind) für eine gute Woche im Ferienhaus. Es ist eine wirklich tolle Anlage und insbesondere der Außenbereich und die Aussicht sind die Reise mehr als Wert. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und werden sicher gerne einmal wieder kommen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und antwortet extrem schnell auf allfällige Anfragen. Auch der Hausmeister vor Ort ist sehr hilfsbereit und kümmert sich vorbildlich um Haus und Gäste.

Absolutely fantastic

We had an absolutely fantastic stay, beautiful house, garden, sights, the pool, everything perfect. The house is very complete and well maintained in every detail. Great villages and beaches in the close area. Thank you very much and we will come again

Entspannung auf dem Peloponnes

Der Aufenthalt war wie Ferien unter Freunden. Man erkennt die Liebe zum Detail und die Freude an der Bewirtung des Vermieters. Angefangen von der zuverlässigen und sehr freundlichen Begrüßung des Verwalters , über die netten Kleinigkeiten zum Empfang wie eine gefüllte Obstschale, oder gekühlte Getränke im Kühlschrank. Man fühlte sich gleich willkomen in der traumhaften Villa am Rande des Pinienwaldes mit wunderbaren Blick auf Kranidi und den Hafen von Kilada . Unterschiedliche Terrassen und viele kleine Ecken und Sitzmöglichkeiten laden ein die Seele baumeln zu lassen und den Urlaub zu genießen. Rundherum ein wirklich traumhaftes Anwesen, daß uns einen wunderschönen Urlaub beschert hat, an den wir lange zurückdenken werden.
