Ruime woning met fijn privé binnenplaatsje. Alles is in deze originele maar gerestaureerde woning aanwezig, zelfs parasols voor op het strand. Vriendelijke host. AC's in alle kamers, maar te lawaaiig om 's nachts aan te laten. Ook sommige plafond ventilatoren te lawaaiig. Warm water voor de douche enigszins gebrekkig.
Torpè zelf is een aardig maar slaperig stadje, nauwelijks winkels of bars/restaurants, daarvoor naar het volgende dorp 10 min. met de auto. Zoek je meer vermaak rondom je huisje, dan is een ander dorp geschikter.

Casa accogliente e perfettamente descritta dal pro...
Casa accogliente e perfettamente descritta dal proprietario Max che ci ha accolti nel modo cordiale tipico dei sardi. Molto pulita e completa di tutti i confort, inoltre siamo rimasti molto colpiti anche dal fatto che ci ha messo a disposizione tutta l’attrezzatura da spiaggia. Ideale per chi si vuole muovere per le spiagge meravigliose della costa sarda ma allo stesso tempo ha bisogno di tranquillità, lontano dalla confusione dei paesi più famosi.

Ci siamo sentiti ospiti graditi
Trattandosi di casa antica, l'immobile è situato in centro a Torpè ( paese molto tranquillo e a breve distanza da splendide spiagge: CAPOCOMINO, BERCHIDA, OSAI DI BIDEROSA,.....per citarne alcune).
E' dotata di 3 camere da letto matrimoniali grandi (tutte climatizzate e con arredi nuovissimi) ed un salotto. Ha un cortiletto interno ove, al mattino, è molto gradevole fare colazione. A questo cortile affacciano la cucina ed il bagno, appena ristrutturato. Non è dotata di posto auto interno ma nella piazzetta a 2 passi si può tranquillamente lasciare l'auto (si trova sempre posto). A disposizione degli ospiti sono presenti ombrelloni e sdrai sia da mare che da utilizzare nel cortile.
Il proprietario è persona molto cordiale, discreta e assolutamente disponibile e ci ha fatto sentire ospiti molto graditi.
Durante la nostra permanenza si sono verificati alcuni piccoli inconvenienti (siamo stati i primi ad occupare la casa dopo la ristrutturazione) che il sig. Massimo ha immediatamente risolto permettendoci di godere di una ottima vacanza.
Anche i vicini si sono dimostrati molto cortesi e simpatici.
Assolutamente consigliato.

Logement conforme à la description
Merci pour l'accueil de Max. Toutefois je regrette de ne pas avoir eu la visite de Max avant notre départ, cela m'aurait permis de lui donner les suggestions pour améliorer la location. En effet, il serait judicieux de prévoir un barbecue. Pour les poubelles, des images de ce que nous pouvons mettre dans chaque bac nous aurait aidé à faire un tri plus poussé. Le calendrier pour sortir les poubelles datait de 2017. Difficile de savoir quand sortir les poubelles.
Le fait de partir sans qu'un état des lieux ne soit fait par le propriétaire m'a laissé perplexe. Je souhaite que Max soit satisfait de l'état ou nous avons laissé son logement. Merci et qui sait, peut être à bientôt dans ce beau pays. Michèle
