Electric cooker with gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, on site laundering facilities, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, iPod dock, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for three cars. Lawn garden, decked area with furniture and a wood fired hot tub. Two well-behaved pets welcome at £25 each per week. Dog towels and bowls available. Sorry, no smoking. Beach 3 miles. Shop 2 miles. Pub 1.5 miles. Region: Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations. Town: A delightful and much sought-after coastal village of stone cottages and Regency houses, on the south coast near St. Austell. Famous for its collection of tall ships riding at anchor in the harbour, the shipwreck museum, excellent pubs and restaurants and easy access to the coastal path, its the perfect holiday destination. It has even been used as a filming location, most well known for appearing in Poldark. The area is rich in golf courses with Carlyon Bay and Porthpean close by.

Excellent place to stay
Excellent accommodation, well placed for the Eden project and lost gardens of heligan. Everything you need is provided along with a wood fired hot tub. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here
