There is a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a kettle, a toaster, a glass-ceramic hob, and dishes for cooking, eating and drinking in every kitchen. Free Wi-Fi is available for our guests, complimentary top-quality sheets, towels, basic cosmetics and information set are in each apartment. For your safety, the hotel is monitored by video cameras and equipped with fire detectors. All the apartments and interior of the hotel are non-smoking. Any guest will be fined for smoking in the hotel (under fine of CZK 1000). It is a three-storey historical building without elevators. It appears that another person had a similar experience based on a review I see from June of this year, which was not posted when I booked the property in August of 2016. I booked apartment A1 based on the fact that it slept so many people-- My family of four would be guaranteed their own bedrooms. The trip we took was five weeks long, and it was important to keep my teenage son and daughter from having to share rooms. When we arrived we were given the keys for apartment A5, which we then viewed. It was basically a one room apartment with a sleeping loft. Two of the "beds" were foldouts (probably from IKEA), and not only was there not really space to deploy those two beds but it effectively meant that my whole family would be sleeping in ONE room. This was exactly what I was wanting to avoid. I went back to the check in counter at the Latran Hotel that manages the apartments. They told me this problem was a Trip Advisor problem. They said they did not really assign the apartment to me. I didn't believe that. I showed them my confirmation from Trip Advisor showing that I had booked and paid for apartment A1, not A5. Nothing to do-- They had booked apartment A1 for another group, and it was occupied. After forcing the issue, which caused me to get a bit angry and explain that my 16 year old daughter was freaking out about the prospects of the accommodations, they told me they had a double room in the hotel and they offered that to us in addition to the apartment. We took the double room, along with the apartment, so my family was separated but we had better accommodations than just having apartment A5. I feel there is some "baiting and switching" going on here, and I am also encouraging Trip Advisor (via another contact) to look into the management of this property. By the way, as the other reviewer stated, the shower does not drain. I pulled about 1/2 pound of hair from the drain, and it still didn't work well. Otherwise, apartment A5 is fine (no coffee maker, which was strange). A5 would be very adequate for two persons, but not more.

Our booking is ROOM A1 but give another room at A4. Receptionist said the room is same.. Nothing to say but the shower is in bad condition, water comes out all over the floor, very slipery.

How to get there
The apartments Latrán are situated in the pedestrian area, the valid reservation owners are only allowed to enter this area. Ask for a temporary pedestrian area entry permit, a parking card and keys at the Hotel Latrán reception, Latrán No. 75 (80 m from here). Parking is not allowed within the historical centre of Český Krumlov. Guests can stop in front of the accommodation building for such a period of time as is strictly necessary for loading and unloading of luggage. After that, they are obliged to park at the parking lots P1, P2 or P3.
