Our two bedroom apartment dates back to the 16th century and is located on Vlašská street. In the 14th century, there were only wooden huts but after the Great Fire of Prague in year 1541 the street was rebuilt to the current appearance and since Italians (Vlašši) started settling down in the newly constructed buildings, the street was called Vlašská. It is located on the 1st floor in one of the fairly tale streets of Prague in the immediately vicinity of the American and German Embassy.

About the neighbourhood
This area is very residential and quiet, despite its proximity to the castle and Charles Bridge. It is ideal for those who want to experience the authentic atmosphere of the Lesser Town, in my view the most beautiful part of Prague, right under the Prague castle.
All of my guests walk everywhere from this apartment, as it is located right under Prague Castle. Should you get tired of walking, you can use trams.
