Tom was an excellent host - gave recommendations for restaurants, and good instructions for the apartment. The apartment was spectacular- furnished well, balcony, views. Central location for walking and metro. The old building has loads of character. The ~90+ stairs to the apartment was a bit hard in our old knees 🤭. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, clean apartment in the center of city. The apartment is very secure and has a big balcony. Tom is a very nice host. He showed us everything in the apartment and gave us many recommendations what to visit in Budapest. We really enjoyed our visit.

Tom is an extraordinary host and his apartment is beautiful. Spotlessly maintained by housekeeper and centrally positioned in handy reach of everything. It is 3 minutes’ walk to Deàk Ferenc Metro with all its facilities including a very good supermarket, Prima. The apartment is only a five minute walk away from Vörösmarty Metro. The River Danube is minutes away and from Deàk the 105 bus takes you to the funicular on the other side of the river. With this you can quickly find yourself at the impressive church of St. Matthias, the picturesque Fisherman’s Bastion, glorious Royal Palace and wonderful National Gallery. The apartment has an attractive and comfy lounge - a lot of thought and preparation has been put into making it a welcoming and attractive base for a happy holiday. There is a lovely balcony for evening wine or afternoon tea or coffee. Tom is a very attentive and responsive host, very quick to reply to requests for help or information. He very kindly and efficiently organised a pick up from the airport and arranged for a taxi ride back to it on the day of our departure. On both occasions we very much appreciated the help arranged with our luggage. Thank you, Tom. Having no facilities to do so ourselves, Tom was very kind in printing out our tickets for train travel and making a visit to deliver them personally. We were very impressed and appreciative. Always handily available via email or WhatsApp, Tom was, literally, a most accommodating host. We can’t recommend him or his apartment highly enough. What a lovely man and what a lovely stay. Tom met us at his property, showed us everything, gave us a map marked with the best places to make our visit memorable. His property bid spotless, modern, and walking distances to great sights. Also, it’s beyond safe. We’d stay there again.

This is a stylish and comfortable apartment with an authentic atmosphere in a listed building. The furnishing is perfect and the commodities are prudent planned. The owner is extremely helpful in every question. In this place the river, the old town , the metro, supermarkets are nearby. Thank you for let us staying in this place.

The apartment was in a perfect location; centrally located to explore all the different areas of Buda and Pest. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The host met us when we arrived and gave us tips about the different areas of the city. Highly recommended!

We stayed in the Regi Posta apartment for a week while travelling for work. What a wonderful experience. The location was well situated to our conference at the Marriott hotel, and within walking distance to all the major attractions on both Buda and Pest sides. The owner even arranged for transportation to and from the airport. We couldn't recommend it enough!

Located just 2 blocks from the Danube on the Pest side, this large, exquisitely styled apartment made a wonderful Budapest holiday a reality for us. Close to many restaurants, walking distance to most attractions in Buda and Pest, this apartment is set in a safe, urbane neighbourhood. The apartment itself is very secure with multiple locking doors and gates, classically beautiful with ornate very high ceilings, grand windows overlooking a nice street corner, stunning interior styling (the owners are artists / interior designers), and the practicality of an extra bathroom & toilet, washing machine, large kitchen area, good wifi, and decent sized fridge. The owner Tom was very helpful and gave us a detailed introduction to the apartment and the local area. He even helped us with our luggage up the 3 flights of stairs. It was fine for us. Thoroughly recommend this place. We plan to come back sometime for a longer stay, as there is much to see in Budapest.
