Condo/Apartment
Spacious apartment this is now the most expensive area in Buda. Located on the same road as the Varkert Bazaar, which has been refurbished at a cost of 4.3 billion euros and the newly refurbished Rudas Turkish style baths the oldest in Budapest and is just across the road, a great place to unwind after a hard days sight seeing. The apartment is on the Banks of the Danube and you can cross via Elizabeth bridge to the hustle and bustle of down town Pest. The views across the bridge are fantastic, a very enjoyable walk. But if you fancy the trams and underground, they go from the Rudas and also the side of building taking you in all directions. The apartment has views of the park to the rear of the building, the Gellert monument, the church and the Palace. You are not directly over looked. This apartment has very high ceilings and is adorned with International artist and sculptor Marcus Levine's nail sculptures and paintings. If art and culture is your thing this is a great way to start your city break staying in the artists apartment. Fully refurbished by the artist himself, it has been renovated to a very high standard as you would expect. The apartment could sleep eight people comfortably but we put a limited of four people staying. Although this can be extended to babies who are still in travel cots. There are plenty of local restaurants with new places popping up all the time. There is a local grocery store in the Varkert Bazaar, a wine shop and a cafe at the end of the road, serving light food, coffee and beers. Budai Kreativ Haz is both an art exhibition space cafe with light bites & you are in the most amazing surroundings & definitely the best place for coffees in Budapest & it’s just at the end of the street. The street has been completely renewed and is apart of the newly refurbished Varkert Bazaar one of the top new attractions in Buda at a cost of euros 4.3 billion. Outside the apartment is a bike rental park you can hire your bike and cycle around and return it to the bay before coming back to the apartment. Note that is apartment has a separate dining room making it a very large spacious apartment. More
