Luxury 3 bedroom fully furnished apartment located on Picton's waterfront in the Quay Apartment complex with wonderful views of the Queen Charlotte Sound. This apartment is in the heart of Picton with restaurants, shops, ferry terminal and access to Marlborough Sounds at your door step.
The apartment has modern facilities including full kitchen, laundry, LCDTV, satellite TV, DVD player, Broadband and air conditioning.
There is a secure car park in the basement of the complex. Also a boat launching facilities are close at hand.
This location offers walking tracks, water activities, winery visits and many other tourist activities.

The Quay Apartment building is a high quality accommodation. Most of the apartments are owner occupied. Please respect other occupiers right to quiet late at night. We suggest that noise is reduced after 11pm.
Excellent value for a very well appointed apartment with spacious living area and views out to the sound.

Very best accommodation in Picton
Very clean, modern, warm, bright accommodation with views and sleeping for 6 or more, without tripping over each other. Fully equipped with everything from Iron to Toaster, kitchen cuttlery/crockery for dining in and within walking distance of eateries. Secure parking in gated garage and easy access for all.

Beautiful place with wonderful view
Perfect location - the views out across the harbour from the lounge and master bedroom are very special. We were here for 3 nights, inc. New Years Eve and we were able to enjoy the fireworks and celebrations from the balcony. Really good atmosphere. The apartment is stylish, clean and quite luxurious. Secure, designated parking space underneath apartment with remote access. Would highly recommend staying here.

Fabulous.
My wife and I stayed for one night to see the Americas Cup and winning team. Spacious, luxurious, superbly appointed, fabulous view and location.
We will definitely stay again.

Well situated, comfortable, Luxury Apartment
Quay Apartments are in the center of Picton overlooking the harbour. Lots of restaurants nearby, and a short walk to the Marina and Ferry.
The apartment is well equipped and well furnished and good for short stays or long.
Well suited for families although just as convenient for two or three friends travelling together.
