We have 6 one bedroom beachfront suites located in the Boca del Rio area of San Pedro Town. Each suite has a separate A/C'd bedroom with queen size bed, private bathroom, full kitchen / living room with double sleeper sofa, and ocean view balconies. We also have a little beach bar right next door, Wayo's Beachside Beernet staffed from 10 am through midnight 7 days a week. our suite will consist of a double dose of relaxation, with all the amenities you would expect to have a warm, home away from home feeling - A place you will only want to leave to go play and enjoy all the island...Come and view the blue at AquaVista Beachfront Suites. Prime location

The location is perfect - close to restaurants, night life and downtown San Pedro. Everything you need for a spectacular vacation are within walking distance.

Small, friendly, clean

Very small space with very old furnishings. 2 people cannot be in the same room barely. Bed was comfortable. Suite was clean. Only get new towels/cleaned every 3rd night. Woul d h ave liked to see more often. Maitland was great. Very accommodating. Bar next...More

Great place, highly recommended!

We went for 3 nights and everyone made us feel right at home as soon as we got there. Nice one bedroom with direct ocean views and a bar just outside. We will go back!

Nice place, good location.

About the neighbourhood
We are in the area of San Pedro Town known as Boca del Rio, which is the beach area that stretches from the northern edge of downtown San Pedro the 7 or so blocks north to the bridge to the Northern End of Ambergris Caye, so easy walking distance to town, but not right in the middle of all the noise and traffic.
Getting around
Aqua Vista Beachfront Suites is located in the neighborhood of Boca del Rio, less than a 5-minute stroll down the beach from the center of San Pedro Town. Most places are a walking distance.
