We understand your families health and well being is very important. The Pointe House apartment is in a private single family residence. We, the owners, are not on the property when the apartment is rented so you would be the only ones in the building. Of course, we have a caretaker that lives on site if you should need anything. We do share the pool, 2 docks, and 3 rooftop viewing decks with 12 other units but since we are a small property these areas are never crowded.
On first floor of private residence in Placencia Village, Belize surrounded by water on three sides. For the couple who wants total privacy, yet just a five minute walk into the village. Covered private porches that look onto a lovely garden, tropical mangroves, and the Caribbean ...
