LOCATED RIGHT ACROSS FROM THE MASTERS GOLF TOURNAMENT! Situated away from the busy Berkmans Rd. on a Cul-De-Sac hide away with only 1 neighbor who happens to be a Caddy to Augusta National. We have a very safe neighborhood with a Basketball Hoop in the Cul-De-Sac for some exercise. NO TRAFFIC as only who lives there uses the street. Just outside the Cul-De-Sac, The Masters House is a couple minutes to Washington Road where much Masters Week Entertainment occurs. Tons of restaurants and Grocery stores with many Clubs and Bars during the Masters!
