We really liked the neighborhood and location of the building, nicely decorated clean place feels like home. Smooth check out. The host didn't reply to our inquiries about broken washing machine hose and some questions until after check out. She told us there were some problems with website and our messages were delivered late. Other than that, we had a great stay and would recommend this place to others.

The apartment was as represented in the photos and description. All appliances including air conditioners, refridgerator, clothes washer, toaster, etc. were quite new and good condition. The wifi was fast and dependable and there is a nice large flat screen TV but it only has 3 or 4 Thai language channels so the TV was not any use to us. I assume most renters would appreciate a few english language channels since the apartment is marketed to westerners. The building is quite new, in good repair and seems secure, located on a fairly quiet soi. The location was very good with numerous popular street food stalls nearby as well as a well stocked convenience store in the next building and 5 minute walk to a local market. Its about a 15-20 minute walk to the Taksin sky train station and river taxi where you can get to most other parts of Bangkok. A Tops supermarket and numerous other eating options are near the Sky Train station. Ann was responsive to our requests via email. We never had any problems during our 12 day stay so can't really comment on how her staff would respond if there were any problems. We would stay here again.

Ann's apartment was fantastic! Very clean, great location to the train station and ferry pier, lovely views and a wonderful, secure building (My son hung his shirt out to dry on the 14th floor balcony and it must have blown off. We were away for a couple of days and came back to find the shirt hanging neatly on a hangar in the lobby). The staff was very helpful when we had questions about the facilities or directions. Ann was VERY responsive and had a ton of information on things to do in the area. We really enjoyed our stay here. A couple of things that may be of issue with first time visitors - the immediate neighborhood may be too "authentic" and the kitchen located outside of the unit, on the balcony may be a bit funky. We didn't mind either of those things. We would stay here again!
