Great place, give you comfort of home sweet home kind of feeling. Very suitable for family oriented trip. Owner is very approachable!!

La maison est très spacieuse, avec une superbe grande chambre avec dressing et SDB et 2 autres avec SDB partagée. Grande cuisine avec le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Clim et ventilateur dans toutes les pièces. Petite terrasse. Supermarché et 7/11 au coin de la rue. Maid à dispo dans la maison. Pas très loin du métro. L'idéal pour se sentir chez soi en plein Bangkok !

The house located in the central just 5-10mins walk to MTR or 2mins walk to shuttle bus, 7-11 just around the corner. This is exactly what we wanted for our vacation, big rooms and kitchen. A maid is living in the same house but in a small room next to the kitchen, we have only seen her on the first day and the day we leave. She does all the dishes for us and make up our bed everyday. our host - Anny, she is just super! she is very helpful in helping us book cars with driver and taxi. I surely will recommend to my friends, and I will choose this place for my next visit to Bangkok!

This house is a good choice if you want to have your own quiet haven in a very hectic city, but still have that hectic city at your disposal. With a family of 5, we were glad to have our own place instead of two hotel rooms where you don't have a liviing room to spend time together. The house is quite large, not much space outside but it's too hot to sit outside anyway. There is a maid, but to be honest we didn't quite know what was to be expected of her, she has a bedroom at the back of the house and uses the kitchen as well, so it can be a bit awkward in the beginning to meet eachother in the house. She didn't clean the house while we were there, which we sort of expected from 'house maid service', but then we didn't take the trouble to find out what was possible and didn't feel like giving her orders. So, we got clean towels and that was fine with us. Anyway, if you travel to Bangkok with a family or group of maximum 6 people, this is certainly a good choice.

We recently spent almost a week in the house while travelling with our young child and nanny. The house is on a quiet soi in an excellent location that is both close to shopping centres and public transport. The owner of the house was very accommodating and responded promptly to any queries we had, including extending our stay. We would recommend the house to any other travellers and will definitely stay here again when coming to Bangkok. Another real plus to the house is the price. We require two rooms at any hotel we might stay at and the price of the house is cheaper than many other options we considered. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and again, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone else looking for accommodation within a short taxi ride to many of the major tourist centres in Bangkok.

I recently stayed at the rental and I definitely would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Bangkok. The house was very clean and the accommodation included a live-in-maid that made us feel like we were in a hotel. The pictures shown are exactly how the home looks and the area is safe to walk around. The property owners were very helpful and were available if we had any questions or concerns. The only negative is that it is a bit difficult for taxi drivers to find the location from the airport and I recommend that the property provide this service to avoid this in the future. Also, if you want a taxi at night, you will have to walk a couple of blocks to the main road to get a taxi, since the house is in a residential area. Pros: Super close to the mall, safe area, great property owners, maid services, photos are accurate. I would stay here again! Thanks
