The Rinrada Loft is really an ultra-low cost, stripped-down hotel. The bed and bathroom were adequate, but the maintenance on our particular unit was poor.
1. The air conditioner turned itself off after achieving the desired temperature, and then would not turn back on as the room heated up. This required turning the unit on again each time manually. (Difficult to get a good night's sleep.)
2. The fitting connecting the "bidet spray gun" hose to the plumbing leaded constantly, resulting in a continuously wet bathroom floor.
3. The handle for the sink faucet kept coming off.
Some simple maintenance would make this place a very reasonable place to stay, with easy walking distance to the old part of the city.
