Luca's condo was extremely comfortable and had everything needed. He was also quick to communicate and organize anything needed. Also provided a great list of recommendations for the area.
Good location, easy to get everywhere either by walking or uber.
One of the downsides is that although a gym and swimming pool are listed as amenities, you need to pay to use them. It's 100 baht for the day. Also the equipment in the gym isn't even really set up (cables aren't attached). So the machines are basically not usable.
The internet was a bit spotty because it's shared between the whole building so sometimes you would try to log on and it wouldn't let you because the maximum number of users were already logged in.
Shower, Kitchen, living room, and washing machine were all great. Bed was stiff, but that's the standard in Thailand and most of South East Asia.
Would definitely recommend staying here. Great value for money.
