My properties have over 100 5 star reviews, all certified. Twin Peaks is more like a boutique hotel, than a condo, but at half the price, with a kitchen and washing machine, fully equipped. At the front desk, Art or Yui will check you in, very friendly and helpful English speaking staff. It's the best location in Chiang Mai, a short walk frm the nightmarket, Night Bazzar, clubs, bars and the Old City. Located just off Changklang rd on a quiet Soi, near by Shangrala Hotel. The large 6 th floor furnished balcony on quiet corner, westerly facing with city view of Doi Sutep hills. The windows have tinted glass and screened sliding glass doors with black out curtains for late sleepers. Clean well lite bathroom with rain shower, good water pressure, shower gel, shampoo dispenser and hair dryer attached to the wall. Quiet second floor pool with good gym and steam rooms, his & hers. Can see all in photos, but looks even better on arrival. Why stay in a hotel, when you can stay here with kitchen for half the price? Free maid service once a week for 10 nights or longer stays, bedding and towels changed. More

Very modern comfortable unit with more than the normal usual toiletries supplied and all modern kitchen & appliances for cooking etc, Close to evening food markets and supermarket, lovely pool, very homely & highly recommend with excellent communication with owner Neil, Thank-you.

This is the second of these apartments we have rented. The rooms have everything and more you may need.. Fantastic shower and lovely balcony, full fridge and washing machine. Great Location 5 mins from the night market.

Best location in Chiang Mai, close to night Bazzar, markets, old city, spas, restaurants, try Peaks Spa, attached to the building. Quiet dead end street off main Chanhklang road, with 7/11, all banks, tourism company with bike and car rentals on the street corner out front as well as a laundry shop with dry cleaning.
Getting around
Walking distance to many sites already mentioned, just our front it's easy to get tuktuk or red bus. Art or Yui at the front desk can call you a taxi, about 250 baht to any where in the city.
