Villa Anouska sits on a private, walled, one-acre absolute beachfront compound. The architecturally designed house covers 650 square metres and is luxuriously appointed with everything a holidaymaker may need. There's a fully equipped kitchen with the full complement of appliances, crockery and cutlery and glassware for up to 24 diners, there is also an additional pantry, stocked with basic all day supplies. Each of the four king-sized bedroom suites feature a four-poster American king-size bed (2mts x 2mts) with fully enclosed mosquito netting, ceiling fans and air conditioning as well as generous en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms open through large doors to the beach and ocean views. All linen (bedding, towels, beach towels, napkins, etc) is supplied and the on-site staff will attend to... The house is surrounded by an ocean-facing three-metre wide veranda with outdoor undercover dining (for 10 people), an undercover gas BBQ, and lounging facilities. The main pavilion features soaring 10-metre ceilings and ceiling fans, two lounging areas, a dining area for up to 12 diners and an open-plan kitchen and a guest powder room. This room opens through bi-fold doors directly on to the in-ground infinity-edged pool deck with direct access to the sandy private beach, reef-enclosed lagoon pool and private garden with another dining table under the trees and pergola beside the beach. This is the ultimate in resort-style living with the added bonus of complete privacy right on the Pacific Ocean and only 20 minutes from town but with two excellent restaurants within walking distance along the beach, and an exclusive table d’hôte establishment right next door for the ultimate in beachfront private dining. The pool is unfenced but families welcome. Please note that while basic amenities are provided on arrival the property is self-catering. Private chef service in your villa can be arranged on request. Villa Anouska is on the south coast of Efaté, Vanuatu's main island and home to the capital, Port Vila. The property is a 25-minute drive from Bauerfield International Airport and free transfers are inclusive in the rental cost. The property is within a private, gated beachfront estate and is extremely secluded while being close to amenities.
