Great Location: Pool & View: The best thing is the location on top of the hill overlooking the beautiful aqua waters of Erakor Lagoon and Island. It always has nice breezes and is 2-3 degrees cooler than the centre of town. (though we are only 7 mins to town). You will have the pool to yourself in the day as only other person in the apartment block works. It also overlooks le lagon resort which is an easy walk with its day spa, golf course, tennis, restaurants and their magnificent pool with swim up bar and water sports and kids activities you can use. You can walk to the boat that takes you across to Erakor Island with its nice day spa and restaurant and Nasama and Breakas resorts are also within walking distance giving more restaurant options. Five mins to town and Bon Marche food shopping Great facilities: House has a well equipped kitchen, large fridge freezer and icemaker, cappuccino machine, plunger coffee, microwave , oven , cooktop, Dry Fryer, toaster, sandwich toaster, Electric Wok and Frypan. Linen and towels provided . Medical kit. Scales to weigh baggage for flights.. Washer/dryer, iron, hairdryer. Picnic kit with portable BBQ, cooler, picnic set, travel rug, beach shelter, beach towels provided , all ready for a beach BBQ day out. Outdoor Facilities: Pool ,BBQ, PIZZA OVEN ,outdoor dining table and seating, pool lounges and pool toys. Tourism : Vouchers for free meals, discounts, tourist brochures and local phonebook on site. Interested in cooking , French or Bislama classes while staying? Let us know, we can arrange for you. On site Services: Housekeeper - the lovely Loren- comes between 9-12md x1-3/wk(not on weekends or public holidays). She is trustworthy so no need for you to be present. A tip at the end of your stay for her is discretionary but welcome. Laundry, ironing, babysitting services can be arranged. Massage and beauty treatments available on site. Business travellers catered for: Office equipment avail on request (at additional charge) eg printer, scanner, photocopier, computer for business stays. Loan of local phone available on request. (you can top up on line) Internet included Cool : Natural breezes, Air Con and Fans in every room Entertainment: TV, Foxtel, Free to air Oz channels - Tvs in every room, and a 2.3M wide screen for projector TV in living room. Dvd Library, DVD players x3 rooms. Board games and book library provided. Music channels on Foxtel. Secure: Secure setting with gated entry, security lighting, cameras, crimsafe screens, alarm, roller shutters, in house safe for your valuables, code entry lock. Smoke alarms, fire extinguisher and fire blanket. There are only 2 other apartments in the block. Local support: Owners are available for any queries during your stay. We will send the house manual prior to arrival. It explains everything needed for your stay and Owners are avail 24/7 on email and phone. Local manager available if needed. Additional costs- Electricity- 120kwh/wk included (covers 90% of bookings) . Any excess comes from bond. Meter in apartment so you can easily monitor(excess over 120kwh/wk charged at 83c/kwh) All guests pay a local utilities fee of 12000 vatu (approx 150 dollars AUD) paid on arrival (put in envelope with your name and amount and put in slot safe on arrival).Tipping housekeeper is welcome and at your discretion. Great views

We had a great stay, the views were great, 5 mins away from town. Def recommend hiring a car for staying here, as it is a bit of a walk and up a hill from the main road. Resorts and super market are close by....More

Getting around
Buses are hail and ride and plentiful at the bottom of the hill You can call a busdriver to come and pick you up at the apartment and take you anywhere (housekeepers father has a minibus- ask her to arrange or his number is on the notice board) Hire a car for a day or two to explore the island or arrange with a bus driver to take you around We can arrange airport pick up if desired (set fee for everyone 3000vt)
