There is a sandbar nearby with a smashing view of the sunset. Not to mention having an entire house all to yourselves.

The place is best suited for bigger groups of 8-10 people. We've had company outings held here where there is ample space for simple games and other activities.

Four of the 5 rooms have AC. 2 rooms have 1 queen-sized bed each while the other 2 rooms have 2 single beds each. The 5th room
is smaller than the rest and has no AC. This is usually used by our cook/housekeeper who sleeps at the house. We have sofa/folding beds available.

Three of the four rooms can be rented individually at P3193 / night while the biggest room is for rent at 3,605 a night. Also, use of the kitchen entails a P200/day fee (if a room and not the whole house will be rented).

IMPORTANT : If the number of guests exceed 10 pax, we charge an additional P300/head per day. Maximum number of guests is 12.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES :

• VISITORS TO THE HOUSE ARE SUBJECT TO THE HOST'S APPROVAL - House guests must first inform the host before bringing in people who are not originally part of the group that rented the house. Their presence in the house will be subject to the host's approval.
• IF THE NO. OF GUESTS GO BEYOND THE NUMBER ORIGINALLY AGREED ON BETWEEN THE HOST AND THE GUEST, THEN THE EXCESS GUESTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO STAY AT THE HOUSE.
• PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOUSE. Pets are only allowed outside or in the lower level area. Also, pet owners must clean up after their pets.
• We are firm believers in conserving energy and saving the environment. PLEASE TURN OFF THE TV, AIRCON, LIGHTS, AND OTHER APPLIANCES WHEN NOT IN USE AND UPON LEAVING THE ROOM OR THE HOUSE.
• Please take care of the house and the house will take care of you.
• Please keep the house clean

About the neighbourhood

Our neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Not much karaoke singing around here. Although you may run into other guests from the resort next door, everyone is pretty chill, laid back and pretty much minds their own business.

Getting to the town can be done by any of the following : 5-10 minutes by boat, a 20-30 minute trek, and a 15-20 minute tricyle ride.

Guests can go visit other islands and beaches by boat or jeep or tricycle.

How to get there

From Manila, you will have to go to Batangas City (either by bus or private car), then will have to take either a private boat or a ferry to Puerto Galera.

If you take a private boat, the boat can drop you off right in front of the house.

If you take the ferry, you will have to take a smaller boat from the main port of Puerto Galera (Muelle Port) to the beach house (it is only about a 5-7 minute ride away).
