This stunning large loft (2300sqft or 213m2) stretches over two different levels and is beautifully decorated with modern art. The lower level features a fully-equipped open kitchen and a living room with floor-to-ceiling windows and an ample balcony facing Burj Khalifa (the world’s tallest building). A dining area, a separated (but not fully closed) sleeping area with a sofa bed and a bathroom are also in the lower level. A beautiful wood-and-glass staircase leads to the upper level, which has a sleeping area with a super-king-sized bed, a working space, and a bathroom with bathtub. The apartment is full of light with stunning views from every vantage point, but has blinds to block the strong Dubai sun early morning. Bay Avenue is part of the same apartment complex, a shopping area with a huge selection of restaurants and shops including a supermarket (Spinneys) at 5mins walking distance from the loft. Bay Avenue also features a gorgeous outside promenade with full Burj Khalifa view, playgrounds, a skate park and a 1km running track. The building is in the heart of Dubai, only 15mins walk from the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Fountain and Dubai Mall. More

Awesome loft for a Dubai holiday

Great location, walking distance from Dubai Fountain, Opera and Dubai Canal. Spacious, bright, amazing views from the 44th floor. Beautifully decorated. Can't wait to go back!

Stunning perfectly located urban loft!
