Although right in the heart of The Palm, the private gated community allows you to enjoy lazy peaceful days waking up to the silence and tranquility of the sea. Steps from the white sand beach you can enjoy a soak in the sea, an evening barbeque, kayak around the Palm or a swim in your private swimming pool. SLEEPING: The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total. 4 double bedrooms & 1 twin bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities and built in wardrobes. Master Bedroom 1 - (Double) King size bed (en-suite /Jacuzzi bath/walk-in shower. (beach & garden view) Bedroom 2 - (Double) Queen size bed with terrace (beach & garden view) Bedroom 3 - (Double) Queen size bed (garden view) Bedroom 4 - (Twin) 2 Single beds (garden view) Bedroom 5 - (Double) Queen size bed with large roof terrace (garden and landscape grounds) BABY cot, car seat and high chair are available on request. WORKSTATION: A fully equipped Laptop with WI-FI, webcam and All-in-One Colour Printer/Scanner/Copier is available for guest use free of charge. Landline (with International Direct Dialing), and Fax facility are also available at additional cost. Local calls are free of charge. BATHROOMS: There are six bathrooms in this villa. All 5 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and there is one additional powder room in the Lobby area. Towels, bathroom accessories and hairdryers are provided. LAUNDRY: A washing machine and dryer is available along with steam iron and ironing board. HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE: A served breakfast & evening turn down service can be provided by the housekeeper on a daily basis (extra charge). Bath towels are changed twice weekly, beach towels daily. AIR CONDITIONING: The Villa is fully air-conditioned with all rooms having independent controls. TRANSPORTATION: Airport transfer (from and to DXB or DWC) and other shuttle services can be arranged. ENTERTAINMENT: Private swimming pool with outside freshwater shower Direct access to 100ft Private Beach Double Kayak Pool (2/3rd size table, full set of balls & cues) Dartboard and darts Wii Game Console with sports pack. There are 2 televisions with 65 & 55-inch screens situated in the living room and games room. 200 plus TV channels including film and sport. Every television has Apple TV, from which guests can access Netflix using their own log-in/account. Golf Clubs 1 full set is available free of charge. SMOKING: The villa is strictly non-smoking, but please feel free to smoke anywhere in the gardens, patio and Belvedere. PETS: Pets are not permitted. Beautiful view

Stayed at Xanadubai and loved it. Perfect place to relax, great for remote working and good location for access to the Marina. I loved the view from the bedroom, the reception area, absolutely beautiful. Can’t think of a better to pace to unwind.

Beautiful Villa
