The immaculate living space is delicately adorned with a comfortable couch that is paired with a lovely glass coffee table, the lovely décor finishes off the space. Watch your favorite movies on the flat-screen TV while unwinding in this inviting area. With an open kitchen nearby, cooking, eating, and lounging becomes a continuous energetic flow. Fall asleep onto the comfortable queen bed with hotel-quality linens and a soft mattress. The bathroom has fluffy towels with essentials you may need with a welcome pack upon your arrival! Sit and relax on the balcony as you read your favorite book or simply indulge in the mesmerizing Marina Canal & Sea views this balcony has to offer. You can also enjoy the gorgeous pool downstairs, with a cabana, or stay fit in the hi-end gym. Guest Access: Guests have full access to pool, gym, and parking. The Neighborhood: Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even amazing nightlife. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafes. The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities. With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air. Getting Around: The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi. If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station, the DMCC Metro Station is an 8-minute drive. This connects to the Tram Station that can get you around in Dubai. Other Things to Note: House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture.
