Getting Around: The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are frequent at this place to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi. Many things are accessible by foot as well (grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants, etc). The fastest and easiest way from DXB and DWC airport is by taxi (30min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person). If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing! Other Things to Note: House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only. This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET). Please note that baby cots & baby high-chair are subject to availability only. *Please note that there is a charge of AED 500 from your deposit for each lost access card or set of keys **Please be advised that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result to forfeiture of the entire security deposit. ***Please be advised that there will be maintenance and drillings taking place within the building from 27th November 2024 to 22nd December 2024 within 10:00am to 02:00pm. During this process, dust will be present and drilling noise will be audible to the residents and guests as per the facility management.
