Quiero aprovechar este espacio para felicitar a Rosy, dueña del departamento que alquilamos este verano, inicialmente por su amabilidad, preocupación y predisposición ante los requerimientos que podríamos haber generado, en cuanto al departamento en condominio fue una agradable experiencia por cuanto tiene todo lo necesario para llegar y habitar sin problemas, hicimos uso de la bonita piscina y disfrutamos de la hospitalidad y amistad de los vecinos mientras compartíamos en los jardines, muy bien cuidados por el personal de servicio, Santa Cruz con esta base, resultó un maravilloso destino para relajarse y descansar, a pesar que nuestro viaje obedeció a razones médicas principalmente, logramos conocer algunos lugares de esta hermosa ciudad quedando impresionados por la vegetación y las piscinas del parque Guembe. Totalmente recomendable, vaya y compruebe de primera mano la calidad del hospedaje y la amabilidad de Rosy.

Viaje Santa Cruz
Muy lindo y cómodo! El departamento en cuanto a limpieza estaba impecable y con lo básico para poder tomar el desayuno. La ubicación muy buena a 10 min de restaurantes y del centro. En general quedamos muy contentos, la atención súper amable y la entrega de llaves sin ningún problema. Muchas gracias disfrutamos mucho la visita :)

Departamento con todas las comodidades en excelentes condiciones, a unos pasos de la playa!! La propietaria muy amable, cordial y preocupada de todos los detalles para ser la estadía agradable y tranquila.

A confortable house
The house is excellent and with air aconditionated in all rooms and with everithing for your stay. The house is in a great family-friendly condo with a stunning pool with a place for bbq. In the terrace you could find a wonderful hammock for two people. The location is amazing - near to supermarkets and the piraí river! Rosy (the owner) is a wonderful and friendly person. We'll visit again!

Un lugar acogedor para disfrutar en familia
El departamento esta completamente equipado y es muy acogedor, es ideal para estar en familia. Los niños disfrutarón mucho de la psicina, parque y jardin. Es seguro y tiene un buen servicio de taxis y porteria. La dueña Rosy es muy eficiente, detallista y calida persona, nos sentimos como en casa!

Un excelente lugar para quedarse, vacaciones 100 puntos!!
Este departamento tiene todo lo que uno puede necesitar para que la estadía sea placentera, las instalaciones están bien dispuestas y las camas son muy cómodas, cuenta con internet Wi-Fi, cable, todos los servicios, una piscina de ensueño parque infantil, etc. Nos recibieron muy bien, nosotros somos 4 y ocupamos tan solo 2 de los 3 dormitorios, tiene un supermercado a media cuadra, queda muy céntrico para poder visitar Santa Cruz, la gente es muy cordial y sobretodo esta equipado como para que uno se sienta en casa. Altamente recomendable, por supuesto volveremos tan pronto como sea posible y estamos muy agradecidos por haber encontrado este sitio.

Wonderful !
Nice location ! You have all you need in the apartement like you were at home and it feels like home. The apartement is clean and counts with all accomodations. Nearby you can find supermarkets, banks and very good restaurants. Ideal for families or business traveller. Rosy is a very nice person, and an excellent host. Next time I must travel to Santa Cruz I will look for this place again.
