Smoking is strictly forbidden inside. You may smock outdoor. Pets are welcome as long as you clean after them. I don't mind you having parties in the villa, just make sure to always respect the culture of the country who host you. I strongly advice to use water and electricity with parsimony. As you know water in the desert is not much and electricity (Air conditioning) is as expensive as gold! Check in after 4 pm. Check out before 10 am. Unless differently agreed with me.

Great place, Excellent location

I travelled a lot, this is an excellent host, with excellent location, The house was in excellent, well prepared condition, my freind already booked on my Recomendation, Thank you for great memories, House guard was very helpful. I'll be back sure.

Villa Monatazah is located on the Red Sea Riviera in the fascinating resort destination of Sharm El Sheikh, South Sinai, Egypt. Montazah Area is one of the few developments of private villas in Sharm El Sheikh, located 10 km north of Naama Bay and only few minutes drive from Sharm El Sheikh International Airport. The Montazah compound is set on a slope facing the sea and offering great views to the Red Sea and the Island of Tiran. The Villa is located and elevated in the second row ensuring great sea views from all floors and pool deck. A 2 minutes walk takes you to the private sandy beach in front and the prime spots for both snorkeling and scuba diving: Ras Nasrani and Ras Bob, which are well known dive sites to scuba divers.
Getting around
You can either have taxis or rent your own car (you need an international drive license). I can help you with a transfer from the airport to the villa!
