The location of Gayatri is quite central to everything but the backside street is super quiet.
The Bungalows are operated by a local owner who also lives there, which gives it a more human touch, contrary to those investor projects.
The kitchen is quite good and we really enjoyed tasting through their menue.
Most of The staff is superfriendly and very helpful.
The rooms are kind of clean but could have some renovation. Also some of the strairways and roofs need some paint.
On the day of the checkout we had the bad luck to have a very unfriendly receptionist lady who was also very poor with her English. There was a confusion with our checkout date and she didn’t want to find any agreeable compromise. Therefore I requested to talk to the manager which is absolutely normal in such situations. She declined 3 times.
Neither the staff has an idea how to treat clients or conflicts and to run a hotel nor is the manager taking care of such...
