This modern and luxurious villa was commissioned as a family home for the designers, Alice and Brian Bergner, by V-Studio Architects, Tel Aviv and has only recently been adapted into Caesarea's #1 vacation home, Villa Alice Caesarea. Whilst cutting edge and minimalistic in design, the villa, even with its geometric corners, high ceilings, broad windows and bright pastels, by virtue of its unique architecture built upon varying interconnected spaces and limestone floors, offers a warm and even surprisingly intimate atmosphere to its occupants. Much of the home's interior was designed especially for the project and includes natural stone slab floors, a fully equipped state of the art kitchen offering an extra large refrigerator and freezer, a Nespresso coffee machine with a generous supply of capsules, CORIAN topped bathroom cabinets from Cosmic, and lighting from internationally renowned designers such as Artemide and Mobiluce. Many unique one-of-a-kind lighting designs created by the owners are also showcased. Most of the major items of furniture were commissioned especially for the project by some of Israel's leading furniture designers, and include an amazing centerpiece, a huge French oak dining table that seats four as comfortably as it does eighteen. Throughout the villa are interspersed original works of art, which contribute greatly to the atmosphere. The beautiful garden features an enormous azure infinity pool and waterfall measuring 5 x 17 meters that merge into the landscape, fun and fenced for kids or for the serious swimmer, a hot tub and gas fired BBQ. The property's 4 bedrooms with two king size beds and two queen size beds will make your stay memorable. If necessary cribs can be made available too. Villa Alice Caesarea comes complete with top quality towels, bed linen and toiletries. Situated in Caesarea's famous GOLF NEIGHBOURHOOD, just a few minutes' walk to Israel's premier 18 hole golf course, this is an ideal location for anyone looking for a golfing vacation. The villa is very well located, less than a five minute walk to the synagogue, skate-board park and tennis courts, a two minute walk to the recently completed commercial center featuring a very well stocked supermarket, pharmacy, medical center, sport shop and restaurants. It's no more than a five minute drive to the township center where you'll find a bank, post office, Asian restaurant, stationary store, another supermarket and state of the art fitness center. The extremely modern OR AKIVA MALL offers a great food market every Friday for those who don't feel like cooking, and caters to all tastes and needs, offering every kind of gourmet item from sushi to Jewish comfort food, is just a short drive away. Fancy being spoilt?? Ask about the catering service provided by our renowned chef! The locality offers scuba diving in the famous archeological ruins of the ancient port which is also a national park, where you can also find great seafood and Italian restaurants. The so-inclined will even find a Kosher restaurant there. This is a great place for walks and jogging on the walking trails. The plot Size is 1200 square meters. The total living space is 400 sq.m The ground floor includes a beautiful open-space living area, a huge master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There is also a home cinema/family room and separate guest bathroom. The first floor includes three large bedroom suites (one of which has been designed as an alternative master bedroom) that overlook the garden which has been designed for privacy. The green belt facing the house provides a warm feeling of the countryside. The villa features electrically operated blinds, solar heating water system and air-conditioned central heating.
