When you book full villa you can use large kitchen as your wish to prepare your meals without any disturbances. Not only that it is ideal arrange parties with the friends in night time with the BBQ also. We give our BBQ machine for free of charge for the guest who stay in our place.
When you sting our place you not need to rent moter bike for your transport and you not need to pay money for tuk tuk to travel. because all main locations are with in walking distance.
If you stay more than a week, day price given as below,
Full villa with 4 rooms and Kitchen (Can Stay 8 persons) - 110USD per day
One room (2 people) - 30USD per day
This property is NOT in Bentota as stated on the booking.com. It is located on a very busy and noisy road in Aluthgama. No beach nearby at all. Not suitable for beach goers – no easy access to the beach. Mouldy smell in the rooms. Wet patches and not pleasant to stay. Please see attached pictures for yourself. The advertising on the booking.com is misleading as none of the following are true: - No toiletries - 2 used soaps were provided - Shanthi Villa does NOT offer a restaurant – we paid for the breakfast and the care taker purchased the breakfast from the street shops each morning for us. Not a nice thing to do as I could have done that for a fraction of the cost and tastier. - No coffee machine, no microwave, no oven Limited lighting- many missing light globes throughout the property. For example- a touch light is required to use laundry. Ghost house at night without lights, my children were scared to walk around the house at night. No pest control- Mosquitoes in bedrooms, ants in the lounge and cockroaches in bathroom Linens and towels are not clean. Not at all professionally cleaned. Please see attached pictures for detail.

К счастью я живая вернулась домой!!!
Очень странно мне читать все оставленые здесь положительные отзывы потомучто мало соответствует реальности.
Вилла находиться на краю дороге по которой очень сильное движение машин и следовательно сильный шум(чуть меньше ночью),никакого сада и близко нет.Правда есть кухня за пользование которой хозяин просит 5$ в сутки(даже если в описание об этом не говориться),есть барбекю(за которое тоже 5$),микроволновка не работает,тостер работает. Проката никакого нет ни моторин ни велосипедов.
Комнаты в ужасном состояние,постельное белье очень застираное(такое впечатление что стираются без порошка) и не глаженные,такие же и полотенца (в добавок к чему по ним ползают муравьи(смотри фото).В комнате не убирается, коврика в ванной нет(должна была босыми ногами становиться на плиточный пол ).
Хозяин физически не присутствует на вилле но есть только служащий который ворует продукты из холодильника.
В наше отсутствие хозяин зашёл в нашу комнату и сделал небольшое повреждение кровати за которое за 4 часа до нашего самолёта потребовал 30 $ за починку крича и пытаясь ударить.После того как мы заплатили и сели в машину его служащий(водитель машины которая везла нас в аэропорт)требовал больше денег за доставку в аэропорт(несмотря на то что цена уже была обговорена и деньги были заплачены хозяину.
Очень бы хотелось что бы никто больше не пострадал от этих страшных и фальшивых людей!!!

The perfect getaway place for a family with small kids
The villa is a large property, with spacious rooms, very clean, well maintained.
Has a back yard where you can barbeque, or the kids can play around.
It is located very close to the beach (800-900metres), to the lagoon with water sports facilities ( right behind the villa), to the markets.
The owner Mr Erangaand and his family were very courteous, very helpful and so was the caretaker Kaushan.
They made us feel like at home. Couldnt have asked for more in a foreign place.

The perfect holidays 👍
This villa is a wonderful place to spend your holidays))) It is not far from the beach, local shops and cafes . It has modern design and all conveniences. To tell the truth, we felt like at home there. In the evening we organized barbecue )) owners of this villa are very friendly, hospitable and sociable people. They are always ready to help , if you need any help. They also helped us to have a nice 2-day trip to Nuwara eliya , Kandy and other places. The owner of the villa went with us and he was a perfect guide . We visited many places of interest))) It was great.We hope - we come to Sri-Lanka again and we will definitely stay in this villa again)

Very nice
Loved the place...our kids enjoyed a lot..well kept..Erenga n his family were really help full..and kaushan was very nice to us too..if again we travel to Bentota..Shanti villa is the place to stay..

A good place to relax.
Good, friendly host. Helped by the Board, to correct any deficiencies quickly.
The house is near the highway, near the bus station. The house is well-kept, clean. Linens fresh. Bathroom clean, new plumbing. The beach is 20 minutes walk. Near many magazonov, cafes, food markets there.
The food is excellent! The owner was preparing what we asked for.

Great place.
We was in this place in May 2015. All house And kitchen cleanest, Good and awesome. Eranga very helpful, he helped me buy tickets to Trinkomale. We reccomended this place you and your friends!

Zentral gelegenes,neues Haus...
Das Haus liegt zentral und dennoch ruhig. Es ist ein Neubau mit sehr hochwertiger und großzügiger Ausstattung, super Matratzen und ausreichend Ablageflächen, Steckdosen usw.. Die Badezimmer sind sehr sauber und ausreichend groß.
Im Dezember waren wir zum zweiten Mal dort und haben den Aufenthalt wieder sehr genossen. Wünsche und Anregungen werden sofort umgesetzt und man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben. In unmittelbarer Umgebung liegt der schöne Strand, einige einheimische Restaurants sowie Hotels, in denen man abends ein tolles Dinner am Fluss genießen kann. Shops, Supermarkt und Bushaltestellen sind ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen. Hinter dem Haus liegt ein gepflegter Garten mit Grillmöglichkeit.
Von der Lage bietet sich die Unterkunft für eigene Unternehmungen an. Ob ein Besuch des in der Nähe gelegenen Tempels, Einkauf auf dem Markt oder Busfahrten/Zugfahrten. Die Schlüsselübergabe und Bezahlung klappt vor Ort immer reibungslos. Am Freitag geht es wieder los und wir freuen uns schon sehr. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit bisher!
