Villa Icon is a modern, spacious, 4-bedroom villa perfect for a relaxing and rejuvenating family escape. Amenities include a heated infinity pool, cinema room, pool table, Scandinavian sauna, Turkish hammam, jacuzzi, gym, a separate rooftop plunge pool, and a roof terrace with relaxing seating and a bar counter with incredible sea views. The villa boasts numerous indoor and outdoor spaces affording stunning views, privacy, tranquility, and plenty of space for everyone to unwind and relax. We have tried to make the villa feel comfortable and relaxing. The villa is located in Kalamar Bay, which is quiet and away from the tourist focus of Kalkan village, and which we believe adds to the serenity and relaxing atmosphere of the villa. Guests can enjoy the large terrace that surrounds the infinity pool and offers numerous seating areas as well as the shaded dining terrace with BBQ and outdoor kitchen. There are 2, spacious sea-facing balconies on the 1st floor. The popular roof terrace offers incredible sea views across Kalamar Bay. Bedrooms The villa offers 4 master bedrooms. Each bedroom has a private, ensuite bathroom. Indoor Amenities • Cinema room with plush, tiered seating. • Large recreation room with pool table. • Scandinavian sauna. • Turkish hammam. Arrange a luxurious and private Turkish bath ritual at your convenience in the villa. • Gym space with cardio machines. • 2 indoor jacuzzis (in bedrooms 1 and 4). • Open plan with spacious family room, separate dining area, and modern kitchen with high-end appliances. • Centralized air-conditioning and heating throughout. Outdoor Amenities • The villa offers 2 pools - a saltwater infinity pool and a rooftop plunge pool with incredible views. A $350 per week fee is assessed for guests wishing to heat the infinity pool during cooler months. • Outdoor dining terrace, BBQ, and outdoor kitchen. • Large roof terrace with multiple seating areas, including bar counter seating with fantastic sea views. • 2 Spacious sea-facing balconies. • Private, off-street parking. Beaches There are 3 beach clubs and a deep-sea diving center within a 5-minute walk from the villa and a courtesy shuttle is available. Shopping and Restaurants It is a flat, 3-4 minute walk to the local Carrefour supermarket, several excellent and well-reviewed restaurants, two bars, and a coffee shop. The amazing MOC coffee shop, a Migros, and a Macro supermarket are located a further 4-5 minute walk. The lovely village of Kalkan is less than 4 minutes by taxi from the villa. Kalkan offers many excellent and well-renowned Turkish and International restaurants, enticing shops, a picturesque harbour, and many outdoor cafes that take advantage of the incredible vistas that the village offers. Watch the sunset from above the harbour or wander through Kalkan’s cobbled streets and whitewashed buildings.
