All bedrooms are en-suite and have large private balconies/terraces. Villa Near Town is air-conditioned throughout and there is a flat screen TV,DVD player and Unlimeted wifi internet connection.

Villa has unbelieveable panoramic views and beautiful private swimming pool, however you will want to spend much of your time outside. The pool is surrounded by a spacious patio area, equipped with sun-loungers and sun-shades. The villa is perfect for families and larger groups.

Pool Terrace

* Sunbathing area, Private swimming pool, Private garden, BBQ, Wood pergola sunshade, Outside dining table & chairs for 8 people. Pool terrace has one of the best views of Kalkan Bay and Islands. Its just spectacular views.

Kitchen

* Fully fitted kitchen is situated off the lounge area and its large and well equipped. Set to do side of the lounge is a raised dining area with a large table and comfortable dining chairs (Seats 8).

* Kitchen is modern and good design, there are everythink what you need during your stay.

Lounge

* It has a high quality marble floor throughout is the spacious, light and airy lounge with comfortable sofas and armchairs seating. There is a TV with satellite TV available and DVD player as well.

* The lounge designed for your comfortable and relaxing. There is a unlimeted internet access for you.

* The utulity room has a washing machine, drying rack, iron & ironing board is accessed via the kitchen and living room. There is a downstairs cloakroom on this floor as well.

Bedrooms

First Floor

* Bedroom 1 is Double bedroom and an En-suite, Vanity unit, Fitted wardrobes. Room has a private balcony overlooking the fantastic Kalkan Bay with amazing views.

* Bedroom 2 is a Double bedroom with En-suite. Vanity unit, Fitted wardrobes. Room is a lovely and light as its triple aspect and also benefits from a private balcony and has amazing views.

* Bedroom 3 is Double bedroom and an En-suite, Vanity unit, Fitted wardrobes. Room has a private balcony overlooking the fantastic Kalkan Bay with amazing views.

Second Floor

* Bedroom 4 is Twin bedroom and an En-suite, Vanity unit, Fitted wardrobes. Room has a huge terrace private balcony overlooking the Kalkan bay with spectacular view. There is a table and chairs here so you can enjoy fantastic Kalkan and Seaviews.

beautiful view. Had an amazing holiday. The villa was perfect. Spotlessly clean. Ridvan was the perfect host, very helpful. Will definately be going again in 2016. Would highly recommend

Kalkan is an elegant harbour town set in the heart of the old Lycian region. It is relatively cosmopolitan with wonderful restaurants and great places to stay. The Taurus mountains provide a stunning backdrop whilst the views across the bay are remarkable.

This beautiful and sophisticated bougainvillea covered harbour town is set in a breathtaking landscape in the heart of the Turquoise coast.
