As a self-contained private condo unit, it has 3 bedrooms with 2 queen-sized bed and a single bed. Total sleep 5 comfortably. Air-con and ceiling fans at bedrooms and common areas keeps the place cool. It comes complete with an ensuite and guest bathroom, a complete kitchen and dining area. The open concept kitchen completes with microwave, coffee maker, kettle, rice cooker, cooking appliances (pots, pans) and a refrigerator, for your convenience. The place also comes with a washer for your laundry needs. We provide towels, toilet papers, shampoo and body shampoo too. Fire optic high speed WIFI and Cable TV (Astro) is provided. Parking lot are available. Location wise, guests are literally surrounded by Penang's best hawker foods. Walking distance to Gurney drive, shopping, hawker food, restaurants. INTERACT WITH GUESTS Auto check in or check in in person. I will attend to guest in person if any issues during their stay. Late (mid night) check-in can be arranged. Please let me know your check in times soon after you book, for planning ease. I'm generally flexible with check-in and check-out times but if there is a back-to-back booking, then do note that the standard 12pm check out time and 4pm check in will apply. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE This is a self-cater home. We are more than happy to pre-stock the kitchen with your grocery list, just ask! There is a small convenience shop in the complex selling groceries and food. IF THIS UNIT IS NOT AVAILABLE WHEN YOU INQUIRE PLEASE EMAIL ME AS I HAVE OTHER UNITS IN THE SAME COMPLEX. HOUSE RULES ELECTRICITY Electricity exceeded RM250 for a full month rental, the excess will be on tenant cost (deduct from security deposit). Note : For normal usage with air-conditional on (reasonable usage - turn off if vacant, not ON 7x24), it will be around RM150 the most. RM500 refundable utility deposit will be collected before check in. HOUSE KEEPING Housekeeping & linen changing is complimentary once a month for more than a month rental. Additional cleaning & changing of linen can be arranged with additional cost. Towels are not provided for less than 4 nights tenancy. STAYING/VISITING GUEST Kindly inform us upfront (latest during check in) total number of guest staying/visiting. For tenant staying less than 4 nights, we will have surcharge for additional headcount. Total staying/visiting guest should not exceed maximum occupancy. Do understand that visiting guests will also enjoy the apartment, utilities and facilities. We keep every tenant informed about this upfront to avoid any unnecessary inconvenience caused. Thank you for your understanding. CHECK OUT 1. Kindly return keys, keycard or remote control for security barrier, resident pass back to safe box. 2. Dry wet towels on drying rack (if any). 3. Slightly clean up the place before you vacant the condo. Do not leave unwashed dishes over night. If you were in rush please simply clean off the left over food on dishes and left them in the sink. Do not keep uncleaned dishes or cups back to cabinets. 4. Make sure all switches are off before you vacant the condo. 5. Throw away all rubbish and unfinished food. OTHERS Strictly no smoking. Please be respectful of neighbors downstairs or other tenants. No parties. No pets allowed. No shoes in the house please. NEIGHBOURHOOD - OVERVIEW Walking distance or short bus ride to shopping center and hawker food. More shopping areas near the beach - Gurney Plaze, Gurney Paragon. Big and famous hawker centers located near Gurney area operate at night. The Pulau Tikus Market is about 10 - 15 minutes walk towards the right backside of the apartment. The market & some hawker stalls operate in the morning to early afternoon. At night, the front of the market turns into a night hawker center. NEIGHBOURHOOD - GETTING AROUND It's really easy to walk everywhere and to catch the bus to Komtar where the main bus terminus is. Bus stop located approximately 5-10 minutes walk towards the right backside of the apartment. More
