Absolute 10 stars!!!
First and foremost I like Fast internet. This condo has both Wi-Fi and cable as you want total privacy this has it. This is the fastest internet I have ever used anywhere! This is the best apartment I have ever rented in my life. Its better than my own apartment hahaha kitchen is amazing, everything is there and works. What a dream view of ships, ferries and ocean going vessels. The exterior deck is a dream come true. a nice wine and view the sunset over the ocean is just a pretty as it gets! Every inch of this condo is Luxury. The owner is not kidding, it really does have a Serta perfect sleeper mattress and box spring. I check these things because lots of false information on the internet. But nothing false about this apartment its exactly as described or even better. Shopping in every direction quick and easy! One tip this Condo as a washing machine, which is perfect and he even provides the laundry detergent. But I don't like to iron, so I washed my clothing in the Condo and then went downstairs to the commercial laundry (same building) and had them do my ironing. Even the apartment has a new iron and ironing board but I hate ironing and its so cheap in Cebu to have they do the Ironing. If your thinking about renting a Condo this is the one, I return to Cebu every year to spend time with my family there, but I never stay with family I like my own place to kick back and relax. This place is the best ever, don't hesitate you will be very happy you got your hands on this apartment. My hats off to the owner, this guy does it right.

Simply Fabulous!!
Th very first, top of the list thing, is that the managers of Scotty's condo are just the best of all time!! Dina and Eman are the type of people that every tenant and every owner pray to find. They are both so friendly and helpful that you will end up being spoiled and then be disappointed every other place you stay. Thank you both for your hospitality Dina and Eman!!!
Scotty, the owner, was great to deal with. His replies to my inquiries were all but immediate and he also offered very useful information. So, between Scotty, Dina and Eman you will find yourself being pampered as if you were staying in a 5-Star 15,000P per night hotel.
The location is just ideal. It's a very quick, 5 minute, 45P ride to Fuente Circle which includes a large Robinson's grocery/department store with a food court down stairs. In the circle are McD's, Chung King, Pizza Hut, KFC, Dunkin' Donuts, Jollibee, a huge pharmacy and just about any other place you could need. Nightlife locations for ANY taste begin at the circle and continue east for several blocks. Outside the condo it never took me more than 2 or 3 minutes to catch a taxi as there are literally thousands of them in the city cruising up and down the streets.
Now for the condo itself. When I entered the unit with Dina and Eman I was just blown away. It is located on the 27th floor (actually the 26th since Filipinos abide by the "never a 13th floor" adage). This corner unit with it's floor to ceiling windows offers an amazing 180 degree view of the entire city including the bay and Lapu-Lapu Island. The kitchen contains everything a chef would need though, being dangerously kitchen-challenged myself, I avoided everything but the microwave and fridge. There are 2 TV's with the larger one being in the bedroom and a stereo system. Overall this condo is just fabulous!!!
So I don't know what else a short or long term vacationer could possibly want in a condo. I can not say enough about this condo. Just trust me, you won't be disappointed.

Great view, Super clean, Great location, Would stay again!
Easy access to shopping locations walking or using transportation. Plenty of taxis around to take you anywhere in Cebu. Super clean condo with a great view. I would it give a perfect rating if it had a fitness facility in the premises. But overall a great location to stay in Cebu.

We do have a gym and pool, but its not in our immediate building. The gym and pool are located in our sister building Club Ultima. Its a short 3 block walk to the fitness center and Pool and depicted in our photos as open to people who stay in my unit.

High Rise Comfort
There are many things to like about this apartment. It is spacious, very well maintained, spotlessly clean, well stocked with everything you might need during your stay, fitted with quality appliances and fittings, in a central location fantastic views across Cebu to the ocean.
Restaurants are close by, with a Robinson’s Mall a short walk away.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was always a pleasure to return to the apartment after our days outings.
If there was a pool and gym onsite this would definitely be a five star rating!

The Condo has use of the Pool in Club Ultima and a phenomenal Gym. While it is not in our building, it is in our sister Building Club Ultima. And its available for your use. Its a very short distance 3 blocks walk which is great to warm up for your work out or your swim. In our pictures you can view the Pool and full fitness center we are associated with.
