The studio was just renovated and it is fully equipped. All the furniture is custom made. The sleeping and living area have a very modern look. The main king size bed is suspended giving you a lot of space for daily activities. The access on the main bed is made over wide wooden and metal stair in complete safety. The living/sleeping area has also a sofa that can be turned into a one person bed. The space has an LCD TV, a Playstation 3 console with all kind of games, drawers and all kind of storage places. You can also chill using the two bean bags when you read a book or some magazines and you also can play a card or a board game. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a modern electric stove, a microwave oven, a clothes washing machine and a refrigerator. Amazing condo

The apartment is new and renewed with everything you need. Owner is really friendly and will answer all your questions asap. Very glad I chose this apartment.

About the neighbourhood
The studio is situated in a very nice and quiet neighborhood callend Elisabetin, after Queen Elisabeta of Romania. It was founded in 1744 and it's the neighborhood where Whilhelm Mhule lived. Muhle was the official florist of the Imperial House of Austria when this reginon was part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. The property is placed near the Astronomic Observer, opened to tourists on different occasions and events. You can relax in one of the three nearby parks and you can also visit the nearby playground for kids.
Getting around
If you take a 10 to 15 minutes walk you can easily get to city center and The Old Town. You can also walk to the nearest supermarket and the closest hospital is also on a walking distance.
