This light-filled 'apartment in the sky' is 200 metres from St Isaac's and 600 from the Hermitage. An ideal position from which to watch the St Petersburg weather against a backdrop of roofs, treetops, and the tower of the Admiralty.
This loft-style apartment is 200 metres from St Isaac's Cathedral and 600 metres from the Hermitage.
Light flows from side to side and from end to end of this 47-metre apartment. We're in an inner courtyard, so the noise of the city is only fantly perceptible. And we're on the 6th floor, looking over the roof of the building opposite to a wide view of sky, greenery, and architectural details. The apartment has a bedroom area (double bed), kitchen area, sitting area (sofa bed), and no doors (apart from on the toilet).

About the neighbourhood
The district offers a good choice of cafes and restaurants (I send our guests a detailed information sheet containing tips on where to to do what in the city), as well as very quick access to many of the city's most important sights (the Hermitage, St Isaac's, Nevsky prospekt, the river and bridges, the Kunstkamera, the Menshikov Palace). Literally just round the corner is the Alexander Garden, which fringes the Admiralty building and, apart from being one of the only green spaces in the city centre, makes an ideal way to get to the Hermitage or the river.
Admiralteyskaya metro station is 2 minutes;' walk away. The nearest bus stop on Nevsky prospekt (very handy for getting up and down Nevsky, which is one of the world's longest avenues) is 3 minutes from us.
