HELLO and WELCOME to my place at Timog (South) Avenue in Quezon City where almost everything you may need —while in Manila— is within your reach.
Whether you are planning to stay alone, or with your family or friends, my fully-furnished, secure, bi-level, internet-equipped, & fully-air-conditioned 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom apartment (with common pool inside the condo complex) is an ideal place for you.
My place is a self-catering accommodation located on the 16th floor of an 18-floor condo tower. Freedom, safety and privacy for my guests is my primordial aim.
Enjoy the ambiance and security which a city condo living can offer. :-)

Good Place to Stay in Timog
Chose this condo based on location as we wanted to be close to relatives in Timog area. There are many good restaurants close by and there is easy access to major roads. The condo itself is a loft-style apartment with two bedrooms and a full bath upstairs and another full bath downstairs. The place is small but adequate for our family of four. Nonoy and his brother Lorenz are wonderful owners who will do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. When we arrived they had a welcome basket with fruits on the dining table, and the refrigerator was fully stocked with soda, juice, and pastries! We had very few problems during our three week stay and what few issue there were they were handled very quickly by them. After a week we got tired of eating out for breakfast so it was nice to have a kitchen. I think the condo could use some minor repairs (some loose knobs, closet door difficult to open) but otherwise it was well-equipped and important things like A/C and hot water heater were great! The building itself, however, was somewhat disappointing (though not the fault of the condo owners) and not very well-maintained. There were loose tiles in the hallway and the garbage chute was very smelly. Overall I still would recommend this place highly to anyone who wants to be in the Timog area. Nonoy and Lorenz are the nicest, most hospitable landlords you can ever hope for and they made our stay quite special.
