SeaWorthy Rentals and Events vacation property is centrally located on the water in Orange Beach, Al and is the perfect setting for any type of event. The wonderfully decorated duplex is one of the most unique properties available for rent in Orange Beach with it having 4.5 bedrooms, 3 large baths and 2 large balconies allowing sleeping accommodations for 16 plus people. The oversized master suite has its own private balcony with a large bathroom that contains a huge walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub. On the well maintained and manicured property there are 2 boat docks available and complete walk around decking with a water front gazebo that allows for great fishing and swimming day or night, as well as Dolphin and Osprey watching. We require someone over 21 to sign and take legal responsibility for everyone of his listed guest. All exterior excessive noise must end by 10:30 as per City Ordnance. If violated repeatedly guest city will require removal. Property Manager has the right to inspect unit during stay with notification. The Trampoline and Yacht on property are off limits. We provide wedding and event planning services on our property we do offer outside entertainment if planned ahead with our event planner.

Wonderful Experience!

This was the greatest beach house experience I have ever had! Not only was the house beautiful and clean, but the property owner Shawn was especially hospitable. He let us use his fishing equipment, helped us get reservations at the Flora-Bama yacht club, and took some group pictures for us. Not only that, but also offered to come pick us up if we ever needed a ride and couldn't get one. Honestly a great dude to be around, and a great property to be at. Fun times in Orange Beach!
