This condo is it, a budget friendly home base for your family and friends. Located in the small Bromelia neighborhood in Las palmas. Being so close to everything but having the piece and quiet Bromelia offers is unique. You'll be just 2 blocks away from the beach, 2 blocks to the grocery store and a 5 minute walk into the center of town! A location like this is hard to beat! This condo was recently renovated with high standard furniture that you usually wouldn't find in a place like this. Comfortable couches, beds, mattresses, you name it... You will find the kitchen fully equipped for the meals you want to eat in instead of trying one of the many restaurants nearby. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom.
