The new construction also added a roofed party deck above the apartment with a sink, wine fridge, bean bag-style chairs and spectacular ocean views. This deck is available to all guests, whether they rent the additional apartment or not. Casa Lilliana is located on Flamingo’s North Ridge, a short walk from the beautiful Flamingo Beach. Several good restaurants are within walking distance, including Angelina’s and Marie’s. Flamingo is famous for its clear skies and temperate weather, with sea breezes that cool the landscape and enchanting sunsets. Playa Flamingo is considered one of the finest and most scenic white-sand beaches in Costa Rica. The furniture is new, a washer and dryer are available, and all towels and household linens are provided. The master bedroom has a king bed, a balcony a few steps from the swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, shower and double sinks in the bathroom. Guest bedroom #1 has a king bed and private bathroom. Guest bedroom #2 has a queen bed, balcony and private bathroom. Guest bedroom #3 has a queen bed and private bathroom. And one additional room with a half-bath has been converted into a fifth bedroom. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied. Owners are responsible for their pets' behavior and any damages incurred.
