There is cable TV, Internet, A/C, and Phone in the unit. The oceanfront balcony private balcony has plenty of seating as well as a gas BBQ grill! The beautiful kitchen features wood cabinetry, granite countertops, a built-in cooktop, stainless steel appliances, and an eat-in dining area. Flamingo Marina Cove 404 is turn-key and fully equipped for the best vacation possible! POOL ACCESS IS NOT INCLUDED AFTER JUNE 18, 2021. Parking is free and there is security 24/7. As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities like salt, pepper, cooking oil, and shampoo/soap. The condo is FULLY stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more!!! One of the world’s most famous surfing beaches Playa Grande is 45minutes by car and the bustling surf town of Tamarindo is close enough to offer you more fun shopping, surf classes, and a bountiful selection of restaurants and nightspots.
