Located in a lush garden, the room is very cool and private. There is a good size swimming pool (10 mt.) that client are invited to use. Private Room Luciano is in a private and quiet part of town, but within walking distance to all the shops, restaurats and the beach. The Private Room Luciano is surrounded by a large gate, and has a private garage available also. the owner is italien/swiss,and live in Costa Rica 6 months of the yr. Hi speak Italien French,Spanish and same English. Attached to the main house we have 1 newly built indipendets room with is own private bathroom.The room is spacious and sleep 3people (one queen size bed and one single bed) The room is equipped with flat screen tvs. orthopedic beds,ceiling fans frdges,wifi and AC. Wonderful Hosts

Samara Beach, Costa Rica. Hosts were helpful and the room was excellent with good WiFi. Very clean and air conditioning worked fine. Nice area for walks and easy access to town.
