Our home has a total of 4 bedrooms that we rent out on various vacation sites. We love to do this and have guests in our home. Although they have privacy we are social people and love to meet new people. Our home is on a 2 acre parcel that was originally homesteaded by my Grandfather back in the '50s and it's very quiet and private there. We are located 5 miles out of Soldotna. Our home is large, clean, modern, and custom built for this purpose. Our reviews have all been positive and we know you'll love it here. Anyone that stays at the home is also welcome at the cabins just 8 miles away where we do all of our fishing.

Interaction with guests:
Cyndi and I are very social and love to interact with our guests!! We make it a a point to always greet them and get to know them. This helps us understand what we can do to make their experience here memorable. Interaction with our guests is the reason we started doing this and I'm amazed at the number of wonderful people that we have met in the process
There are a couple of decks that guests can use to smoke outside

About the neighbourhood
My grandfather homesteaded this area back in the 1950's and he has built all the roads back in here. The area is quiet and private, but yet only 4 to 5 miles from town. We have all the utilities there and the place has all the amenities a person could want.
A guest will have to rent a vehicle to get around
How to get there

Once you turn onto Forest Lane you travel about 1.5 miles and take a right on Foster Ave. We are the third place on the right. It's a tall three story house on the corner of Foster and Walker
