The host is amazing. She was willing to work with me about a date change. In addition, the property is very clean!

Everything was very clean, bed was comfortable and had a cool vibe. Enjoyed the jacuzzi and the property cat! Not fancy, perfect for our weekend of exploring Bisbee area.

It was not elegant but very nice, very clean and very quiet. The owner was really wonderful and hospitable with suggestions on things to do in town. I was disappointed that it wasn’t in old Bisbee but in Warren but it’s only like a 6- minute drive from old Bisbee. It turned out that we didn’t mind the location.

Super freindly vibe

This vintage establishment has been restored, furnished and decorated by Nikki and her husband with thoughtful consideration to its place in Bisbee history. The charm of high ceilings, archways, and retro kitchen kept us warmly embraced in the last century. Private or communal patios allow for relaxing, which was exactly what we were looking for. As for Nikki, she was so gracious to allow us to stay in a larger unit given the awkward size of our party: 3 adults and two small dogs. It should be noted in this COVID era that the unit we stayed in need no cleaning or sprucing by Nikki it was immaculate at a moment’s notice. Nikki is very dog friendly as are her two very sweet and friendly canines. This is a very active dog neighborhood with great places to do an early morning or late evening walk for the four leggeds. Bisbee and Nikki’s place will be our only choice on our next trip to this unique southern Arizona destination. A rare gem in the summer monsoon season with Bisbee as the setting.

This property is in a cluster of historic homes with the property manager living onsite. It was very clean, quiet, cozy, and just right for our needs. The managers were very friendly and willing to help us in any way to make our stay enjoyable. We would certainly consider going back.

My daughter and had such a great time! Scott & Nikkie were truly hospitable and fun to get to know. Amazing amenities, clean apartment/property, nice dog and lovely people. <3 We hope to see you both again!

I would call this more of a villa than an inn. Nikki & Scott are the best hosts, usually sharing some delicious concoction or another in the evenings with their guests. The courtyard is amazing, with plenty of shaded places to sit and listen to the birds sing. The private hot tub and outdoor shower area are a wonderful addition! It is a pet-friendly place, and DeDe Dog is a delight! Nikki's mother is there at the same time we were, and her standard poodle Simone, DeDe, and my Boxer Lucy had a ball playing with one another! The Flat Iron Inn is walking distance to the historic Bisbee Ballpark and weekly farmers' market and several businesses. We originally were going to stay only the weekend, but we ended up extending our stay for the next two weeks until we closed on the house we were buying in San Jose. Our unit, #6, was very quiet and very comfortably appointed. From the friendliness of the hosts and long-time, full-time resident Jim, to the amenities of both the unit and the property, to the location, everything was just about as perfect as a place can be. Since our new house is on the smallish side, I will definitely be referring The Flat Iron Inn to my family and friends who come to visit!

The stay was more than we expected. They provided everything we needed. The courtyard and private hot tub were amazing! Definitely will stay again!

Although, the property is quaint, located in Warren and not Bisbee, Nikki was almost impossible to get a hold of! We sent texts and emails, left messages and were at the property and unable to get in! Her mother was supposed to let us in, but we had no idea how to reach her! After waiting outside for over a half hour, in frustration I began honking the horn, Nikki’s mother finally came out!
