The Mangwanani Boutique Spa is located in the building and is accessible to guests for a fee. Two restaurants (Dim Sum and Italian) are found in the lobby, with room service available for guests.
Please do not smoke in the apartment. Please be considerate of the neighbours with respect to loud music or noise after 10pm. We do not allow parties or events at the apartment - it is for use by the registered guests only please.
Located in the heart of Cape Town's 'Old City', the apartment is a short walk to a number of Cape Town's best museums, three food markets, lovely cafes, and the best restaurants and bars. Feel free to ask us for our favourite recommendations!
The city is safe and walkable for most of the day and evening. Parking can be arranged for guests with a car, but strongly recommend using Uber for any trips in and around the city (average cost 2-5€/trip).

We all enjoyed a great visit to Cape Town staying in Tiago's Apartment. It was exactly as described, with all the amenities you needed, a small point to mention is that we were surprised to find the second bedroom had no outside window. The apartment itself was very spacious, lovely bathrooms, and of course, the view from the lounge area...

The flat was perfect, very comfortable, well equipped, including with home cinema. The view of Table Mountain is incredible. The location was ideal, with shops, restaurants etc on the doorstep. We are a family of five and stayed in Tiago’s appartement for 6 days and it was extremely satisfying, fully fulfilling our expectations; with stylish rooms and an amazing view, overlooking the Table mountain. Situated in a premium building in the city center offers a lot of options for dinning, daily walks in the opposite park, or in the waterfront...
Please do not host large groups or parties. Please be considerate with noise levels after 10pm.

About the neighbourhood
Right across the road are the Company's Gardens, a great place for a stroll or lunch at the restaurant Harlem & Hope. Bree Street and its numerous restaurants and cafe's are also a short stroll away. The Earthfair food market happens weekly downstairs on St George's Mall on Thursdays - we highly recommend it.
