This is stored in the bedroom cupboard together with the hairdryer. 5.Electricity meter may require top up from time to time - notification to owner by tenant is required. 6.Terraces Swimming Pool is at J Level 7.No WI-FI available but data plans and call plans can be purchased by nearby service provider next door to Building 8.The apartment is thoroughly cleaned with fresh laundry prior to your arrival but not during your stay. Cleaning service can usually be arranged with the service provider with one days’ prior notice at a cost of about R250 for a 4 hour period. Other Terms and Conditions; 9.As stated above the apartment can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. 10. It is a non-smoking apartment 11.The client undertakes to respect the occupants of the building, particularly with regard to disturbance and noise. 12.Bath or hand towels may not be taken out of the apartment for any reason. Beach towels are not provided. 13.Any damage, breakages, marks or damage to paintwork, or marks, stains or discoloration of the linen will be replaced or repaired by the owner and costs thereof must be repaid in full by the tenant and will be deducted from the deposit. 14. Specifically please be cautious about damage to bed linen which is usually caused by make up or suntan lotion 15.The Tenant shall not be entitled to cede or assign any of their rights or obligations under this agreement, nor to sublet the apartment or any portion thereof without the owner’s prior written consent. Tips; 1. Pharmacy located less than a few minutes from apartment 2. Breakfast at nearby Taj hotel is worth considering and reasonably priced. 3. Full laundry service available in same block. Furthermore The Tenant shall; •keep the premises clean, tidy, and habitable and take all reasonable measures to protect the Premises and all parts thereof (including all fixtures, fittings, appurtenances, appliances and keys) from abuse, damage, destruction, and theft; •Not bring into the Premises or the Building any article which, by reason of its weight or any other characteristics, is liable to cause damage to the Building or the Premises; •Not leave refuse or allow it to accumulate in or about the Premises except in the refuse bins provided; •Not Keep any live animals or birds on the Premises •Not change the locks of any doors, entrances or gates of the premises without the express written permission of the landlord.
