Fresnaye is one of the most desirable suburbs along the Atlantic Seaboard of Cape Town, and the swish 3-bedroom Algarkirk apartment is a brilliant base for a Cape Town family holiday. Situated in a little mews of posh new apartments, it is very spacious with upmarket finishes, large lounge, sleek white kitchen and a balcony with a 6-seater table. Partial sea and mountain views show how close you are to both! And the very close Seapoint Main Road is bursting with shops and restaurants.

Abundantly spacious, it provides three bedrooms (king, queen and double beds) and two bathrooms (one en-suite and one shared, both with separate bath and shower. All with built-in cupboards and beds made with freshly laundered white linens and fluffy bed throws.

A very high quality, well decorated flat. Wonderful outside deck with table and plenty of space inside. Excellent location to walk to lots of restaurants, coffee shop as well as down to the Sea Point promenade with beach, public pool and great place for a run. Also highly recommend the Mojo Market for dinner and evening drinks just a walk down to main street.

Only issue with the flat was that it is advertised as having AC...however only the master bedroom has an AC unit, the other 2 bedrooms only have a fan. So if you are staying while it is quite hot the rooms to get very warm and you need to be sure to open doors, put fans on to try and cool it off.

Owners / manager were very helpful and anything else we needed they provided (i.e., beach towels). High recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Fresnaye, on the hillside overlooking Seapoint is very a very desirable residential area and this apartment block is in its own little private mews. It puts you in a great position to access so many of Cape Towns best sights and experiences, some within walking distance....... 5-10 Minute Walk to: Seapoint Promenade, Seapoint public pool, restaurants and cafés. 10 Minute Drive to: V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain cableway, Signal Hill, Lion’s Head, Robben Island Ferry, Camps Bay and Clifton Beaches, Theatre on the Bay, Castle of Good Hope, City Hall & Grand Parade, Flower Market, Slave Lodge, Greenmarket Square, St George’s Cathedral, St George’s Mall, Company’s Gardens, SA Museum, National Art Gallery, Planetarium, Parliament, Fugard Theatre
