Open-plan lounge and dining room with 4-seater dining table and leather seats. Open Plan TV room with Smart-TV linked to the Internet, all with underfloor heating. The lounge, TV room, and dining room open onto the garden. A fully fitted kitchen open plan is in the living area, with a big fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and aircon systems in the lounge and main bedroom. Second Floor:
Bedroom 1 contains a king-size bed with a built-in cupboard, bedside tables with sidelights, underfloor heating, a hairdryer, a Smart TV, and double window doors opening onto the garden. Bedroom 2 contains two single beds, bedside tables with sidelights, and a built-in cupboard.
Both bedrooms are en-suite with an elegant and stylish bathroom with a nice deep corner bath, a big shower cabin, a smart basin/ cabinet, a corner toilet, and soft fluffy towels.

About the neighbourhood
Our area is called Constantia Valley, the jewel of the Cape, steeped in history and breathtaking scenery. It is the birthplace of the wine farming industry in South Africa. World-class wines are being produced in these lovely green surroundings and accoladed for its escalating quality. Visitors can taste the fine wines and experience a unique journey through each of the 8 open-for-public farms, which also hold top-class Restaurants, namely e.g. Chef’s Warehouse at Beau Constantia and Buitenverwachting. The farms are all within a few minutes’ drive of each other. With two top-class golf courses within the valley and two others in the vicinity Constantia is well known as one of the golfing paradises of the world. White-sanded beaches nearby.
Getting around
The best way to see the sights is to use a rental car. Alternatively UBER-Taxies are always available in the area. Standard taxies can be organized by us (arranged pick-up times). Major railway stations are in Plumstead and Wynberg. Local bus lines or black taxies are not recommendable.

How to get there
Coming from the Cape Town International Airport, take Highway N2 to Cape Town. At Groote Schuur (the big hospital on the right), leave N2 to the left at the sign “M3 to Muizenberg”. Follow M3 and pass exits Rondebosch, Kirstenbosch, Claremont, Bishopscourt, and Constantia Main Road until turnoff no. 15, Kendal Road. Turn left on Kendal Road into the Morningstar/The Vines/Constantiaberg area and turn left again (next) into Walloon Road. After ca. 300 meters, stop at the big white gate (yellow walls) on the right side, no. 14, and ring the bell “Office”.

Earlier than 61 days before arrival = 25% of the amount of the rental are not refundable, unless that booking period can be rebooked with other people. In such a case a 10% administration fee of the total rental would be charged and subtracted.
Rates: Rates apply to certain booking times, e.g. 1-2, 3–7, 8–14, 15–39 or 31–90 nights. Standard Rate is calculated on a stay of 3-7 nights. The rates for longer stays from 8 nights are then lower, for shorter stays less than 3 nights are then higher.
Extra person: No extra costs for max. 2 kids up to the age of 2 sleeping in a baby cot. For the use of the 5. bed we charge R400.00 per night/day.
