Phoenix, Arizona
Pet perfect! 5 Stars from all my ABnB renters. Five miles north of the airport. This renovated 1940's stucco casa is in a lovely, old neighborhood, where neighbors watch over each other. It has a big, shaded and block walled, cool backyard and is perfect for families, touring bands, hospital visits, overnight business travelers, watching Arizona's glorious sunsets and road trippin' pups (pets $6 each, per nite). This irrigated lot has a long concrete driveway (plenty of parking) a big pine, two pistachio, lemon, orange and tangelo trees. The helpful neighbors are pleasant, watchful and know each other. Weekends are celebrated with family gatherings, food and music. You might get lucky enough to hear the Mariachi's play nearby.
Inside, this little beauty has been updated with a new kitchen and bath, as well as nice coo...

I love being a hostess. I live 5 miles from Rising Phoenix. I'll meet you, to give you the keys. It doesn't matter what time. But, if you are going to get in after the midnight deadline, we need to work that out ahead of time. Please COMMUNICATE! The rest is up to you. If you need anything, I really want you to hear from you. I love my city. I want to help you see the beauty in it as well.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this lovely house in Phoenix! Ours was a grandma/grandchildren ‘staycation’. The kids loved the beautiful yard and the sweet touches that made them feel special (popsicles in the fridge!). Everything we could ever need for our stay...More

I loved meeting you all! Thanks for being such lovely guests and appreciating all the little things, at my casa. Regrettably, the tangelo's have all been eaten and each one enjoyed. There's always next year! I do hope to see you again. Come back again,...More

About the neighbourhood
Rising Phoenix is in an older neighborhood. 1940's. The lots are a good size, even if the houses aren't a lot of square footage. Neighbors watch over each other and mine communicate, if there is something they are concerned about.
It is centrally located, so getting everywhere is easy. It is within a half mile of several highways and a couple hospitals. Great food and shopping at The Biltmore, are a couple miles. And Old Town Scottsdale is only 10 minutes away.
Getting around
I recommend a car. Although the bus runs right by the end of the street, if you don't want to worry about paying for parking downtown, or at a football game.
