This is a home away from home in Central Phoenix. I have made many critical upgrades that have made this condo unique. The condo is graced by four wall mounted LED TV's. One in each bedroom and one in the Living room. The Living room is provided with a DVD player and is provided with a large leather sectional. When the family wants to get together to watch a movie, the seating will be there for everyone. The patio is graced by a custom awning that is the nicest in the complex. It provides for more or less a total enclosure and you will find that you will want to hang out on the patio all the time. It is my favorite space for doing work on the laptop.

You will love the central location. If you scroll out on the map you will find that I am the 'e' in Phoenix. The property is located in the immediate vicinity of Carl Hayden VA Medical Center. Perfect for a work group coming to Phoenix on a temporary work assignment. In the master bedroom I have a key rack for the remote to front entry gate and the fobs for pool and fitness center. Each room is oriented for sleeping. All beds are provided with firm supports for two people if necessary. My aim was to give the place a comfortable and country feel. This is mostly accomplished with wall art of wild animals native to Arizona.
No need to buy a temporary gym membership. The onsite Fitness Center has everything you will need. The pool is nice and recently re-plastered. More
Most residents here are working by day and sleeping by night. This is not a place for wild parties. This is a place for families or work groups. This is a very pet friendly complex. Many people are often taking their dogs on walks. Multiple plastic bag dispensers are provided. I have no problems with pets but I will charge a $49 pet fee on top of monthly rent. Visitors must park in visitor parking. Just use your best common sense.
