We have 1 and 2 bedroom cottages which include: ~ a covered front porch with plenty of comfy seating & a patio table for entertaining or sitting back & enjoying Prescott's amazing weather ~ a roomie living room with dining nook, flat screen TV with Dish & DVR, full-sofa sleeper & reclining love seats perfect for a relaxing read or chill movie night ~ a full kitchen with gas stove/oven, cafe table & everything else you'd need for creating memorable holiday meals ~ the master bedroom will sooth you to sleep with its king bed ~ the second bedroom can suit additional family/friends needs with 2 single beds ~ the spacious bathroom has tub & shower options & convenient washer & dryer ~ enjoy the fully fenced & private yard which includes a landscaped garden, charcoal grill, additional patio table/chairs & a porch swing ~ private off-street parking for one vehicle & plenty of street parking available ~ Wifi included We are located only 1.5 hours from Phoenix or Flagstaff, 1.25 hours from Sedona, 1 hour from Jerome & 2.5 hours from The Grand Canyon. Prescott has 4 lakes with fishing, walking trails & canoeing/kayaking; the majestic landmarks of Thumb Butte & The Dells just scratch the surface for hiking our enormous networks of trails of all difficulty levels from absolutely easy to extreme & the same can be said for our world famous mountain biking trails. The summers in Prescott offer endless blue skies with temps averaging in the mid 70’s to 90’s; art festivals downtown on most weekends, farmers market, antiquing, plenty of outdoor seating at the many local bars/restaurants, & many other options we have listed within our calendar of community events/activities (included with your stay). Spring & Autumn maintain our famous blue skies with temps averaging 50’s to 70’s; flowers blooming or tree colors changing, there is no time in Prescott where you won’t fall in love with what we have to offer. Our winters have earned us the name “Arizona’s Christmas City”, with our mild 40’s to 60’s averages (yes, still with blue skies) punctuated with occasional snow fall (which never sticks around longer than a few days) & cooler nights. Our downtown activities remain through the season with the highlights of our Court House Lighting where our downtown comes to life beneath festive Christmas lights, & Acker Night where musicians & carolers greet you at most store fronts, & hot cider, coco or toddies warms you in-between. Pleasant Street Cottages are great for long or short term guests, for those searching for their new home (owners are local realtors happy to help), for outdoor enthusiasts, for foodies & anyone else looking to get away from the hustle bustle of real life. This is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood perfect for relaxing and our expectations are for quiet, peaceful guests who hope to relax. No worries though, there are plenty of options to party on Whisky Row (~8min walk). Dog must be less than 40lbs and preapproved- Their waste must be cleaned as created.

Character Cottage, Great Location

Loved it! We stayed in the two bedroom cottage and it was clean, well supplied, quaint, and in a convenient location to downtown that was very walkable location with good restaurants and cute shops around it. Would definitely stay here again.
